Registration Information
Swansboro High School

*If you are unable to attend the evening meeting, counselors will be available on the registration days until 1PM*

1.  Information included in this packet should be taken home and reviewed by the students and parents before registration night.
2.  Items used for registration:
     a. Transcript - This is a listing of all high school credits earned by your student
     b. Future Ready Core Checklist - completed during individual student/counselor meeting
     c. Secondary Course Guide - Students will be able to view the registration course selection guide on the Onslow County Website available after February 20th. We will also provide a link on Swansboro High School’s website after this date.
3. Students will register on the nights and times listed above. On registration night, students and parents should report to Room 124.
4. There will be an Advanced Placement Information Session held on Tuesday, March 6th at 6 PM in the cafeteria. All students wanting to sign up for an AP class are required to attend this meeting.      If you are unable to attend the meeting, you must contact the subject area AP teacher to set up an alternative meeting time.


• Course descriptions are available online in the Onslow County Secondary Course Guide.
• Students have met with Counselors to discuss graduation requirements and course selections for next year. Please review this information with your student.
• Staff members will be available on registration night to answer any questions you may have.
• If changes are made to course selections parents/students will need to meet with the counselors the night of registration to ensure changes are meeting graduation requirements.

Please understand this is a very important process. On registration night, lines can be long, but we will do our best to review each student’s course selections as quickly as possible.
